Why I Ride
In celebration of some special events in my life this spring my husband and son gave me a new road bike. I have enjoyed riding it so much this summer that I have challenged myself to complete a ride this year that exceeds my age in length. I have chosen the PedalFest 100K ride to achieve my goal and at the same time raise funds to help children who have much harder and life-long challenges to reach their goals. I’m so excited to be a part of PedalFest, Sunday, August 29th, a ride that supports Heartspring’s Financial Assistance Program for children and families receiving pediatric services. I hope you’ll choose to join me with your donation! Every child deserves a chance to reach their full potential and for 75 years, Heartspring has provided that opportunity to thousands of children with special needs.
